Our Caregivers

Passionate Care INC recruits, interviews and hires all caregivers as employees of the company. Multi-state background checks and reference checks are completed before each candidate joins our team. We hire those individuals who have demonstrated sensitivity to the needs of seniors and the disabled.

We recruit and train individuals who have demonstrated a history of working as a caregiver or who are continuing their education in the healthcare field. Some of our caregivers have had formal training as a Certified Nursing Aide (C.N.A.), an LPN, and even RN's. And, others have learned "on-the-job" as they assisted with the care for a family member or friend in need of care. We provide training for each case, based on the client's illnesses or age-related disease. We also provide on-going training on specific age-related illnesses, such as Alzheimer's Disease and Parkinson's Disease.

Our caregivers are available for both part-time and full-time care, from one hour per visit to 24-hour live-in assistance.

In addition, the Case Managers maintain personal contact with each client to insure a successful match with a caregiver throughout the relationship.
