Joining Passionate Care's team of Companion caregivers allows you to gain valuable experience working with seniors who will share their wisdom with you while delivering a fulfilling way to earn a paycheck.

We offer both part-time, full-time and over night positions and provide free training. We offer positions in Ohio, Michigan and Indiana. The most important quality we look for in a caregiver is a caring personality. We also value hiring individuals who have a proven track record as a dependable employee, as our clients count on you to be there for them and to be on time. We work with both seniors and the disabled and offer flexible schedules. A Care Plan with a specific routine is provided for each client and a Case Manager provides you with training for each case.

Passionate Care also connects Caregivers with on-going training opportunities offered by local health care organizations.
